About the Recipe

Ingredients
4 cups of cooked brown rice
1/4 cup finely chopped Iettuce
1 finely chopped red onion
1 finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 carrot finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped green beans
1/2 cup green peas
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp salt and black pepper powder
Preparation
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped red onion and green bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped carrot, green beans, peas, and chopped lettuce; continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the green chilli paste, soy sauce, red sweet chilli sauce, and Schezwan sauce; mix well to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper powder to taste.
Now, add the cooked brown rice and mix well so the ingredients coat the rice well.
Finally, add the spring onion greens and coriander leaves; stir-fry for an additional minute.
Serve hot and enjoy your fried rice!
